The box body is crafted from thickened double‑grey cardboard, ranging from 2.0-2.5mm, with sharply defined hexagonal edges that remain straight and resistant to deformation even after prolonged storage. The outer finish can be customized with either yellow or navy blue special‑touch art paper or coated paper, offering a fine, matte texture that is both durable and premium‑grade. The inner lining features high-density EVA foam with a density of 38°-45°, CNC-machined grooves that precisely match the contours of the medicine vial and packaging bag, and a beige flocking finish on the surface for cushioning, shock absorption, moisture resistance, and slip prevention. Dimensions, internal slots, and the number of compartments can all be adjusted to match the actual product.
