2. Digital Asset Security

How we protect your AI, PDF, and CAD files.

Encrypted Storage

All customer design files are stored on local, firewalled servers. Inaccessible from the public internet. We use AES-256 encryption for all data at rest.


Role-Based Access Control

Only designated project managers and pre-press engineers have access to your specific folder. Salespeople cannot download source files without authorization.

3. Physical Security

What happens in the workshop stays in the workshop.

Strict Waste Destruction

Printing rejects and surplus products are shredded immediately. We do not sell "seconds" to discount markets. Destruction videos can be provided upon request.

No-Photo Policy

Photography is prohibited on production lines for sensitive projects. Visitors and auditors cannot take pictures of third-party goods.

Sample Room Access

Your physical samples are stored in a locked archive room, accessible only to the sample management team.

4. Tooling & Plate Ownership

Who Owns the Tooling?

Since you paid the tooling fee, you own the molds (die-cut molds, hot stamping plates, embossing plates).

  • We label each mold with your customer ID.
  • We maintain the molds for free for 2 years.
  • We never use your specific molds for other customer orders.
  • You can request to transfer molds to another factory at any time (shipping fee applies).

5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

We are happy to sign a legal contract to formalize our confidentiality obligations.

6. IP Protection FAQs

Will you showcase my product in your website case studies?
No by default. We only showcase products in case studies after obtaining explicit written permission from the brand owner. If you see your product and wish to have it removed, we will take it down within 24 hours.
What if a competitor asks you to make the exact same box?
We will decline that order. We respect customer exclusivity. If a competitor requests a similar structure, we may produce that structure (if it's a generic one), but we will never use your artwork, logo, or specific custom tooling.
