2. Labor Standards & Human Rights

We treat every employee with dignity and respect.

Zero Tolerance Policy
  • No Child Labor: We strictly prohibit the employment of persons under 16. Age verification via ID scanning is mandatory.
  • No Forced Labor: Prison labor, debt bondage, or withholding of passports/wages is forbidden. Employees are free to resign with notice.
  • No Discrimination: Equal pay for equal work regardless of gender, region, or belief.

Wages & Working Hours
  • Minimum Wage: Base salary guaranteed above Dongguan local minimum.
  • Overtime Pay: 150% on weekdays, 200% on weekends, 300% on public holidays.
  • Working Hours: Not exceeding 60 hours per week (including overtime). At least 1 day of rest per 7 days guaranteed.
Auditor Note: Electronic attendance records and pay slips for the past 12 months are available for inspection.

3. Health & Safety (H&S)

We provide a safe and hygienic working environment in accordance with ISO 45001.

Fire Safety

Automatic sprinkler systems, clear exits, and bi-annual fire drills for all staff.

PPE Compliance

Free earplugs, masks, and safety shoes. Mandatory wearing policy.

First Aid

Certified first-aiders on each shift. Well-stocked first aid kits in every workshop.

4. Environmental Responsibility

Beyond Compliance

We comply with all local environmental laws and hold a valid pollutant discharge permit.

5. Business Ethics

Anti-Corruption & Integrity

No Bribes: Wjpaper strictly prohibits offering or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or improper gifts to/from customers, suppliers, or government officials.

IP Protection: We respect intellectual property. Customer designs and tooling are strictly confidential. (See our IP Policy for details).

6. Supply Chain Management

We extend our ethical standards to upstream suppliers (paper mills, ink suppliers).

  • We require all raw material suppliers to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct.
  • We prioritize suppliers with FSC certification.
  • We conduct annual audits of major suppliers on labor and environmental practices.

7. Whistleblower Channel

Speak Up Safely

If you witness any violation of this Code of Conduct (e.g., corruption, safety hazards, unfair treatment), please report it. We guarantee 100% anonymity and protection against retaliation.
