20 Years of Structural Design Experience

This round paper tube packaging box with a lid and base is custom‑designed for premium liquor bottles. The tube body is crafted from a thickened industrial grey board or kraft‑liner‑coreed hard paper tube, ranging from 2.0~3.0mm in thickness; once rolled into shape, it stands straight and smooth, offering excellent compression resistance without deformation. The outer cover can be finished with either 250–300g black textured special art paper or black soft-touch coated paper, offering a matte, sandblasted texture that exudes vintage sophistication. The lining can be optionally equipped with a one-piece, VA‑flocked, milled‑slot insert that securely cradles both the bottle base and neck, providing shock absorption and impact protection. Dimensions can be customized by retooling the mold to match the bottle’s diameter and height, with a sleeve‑cap clearance of 0.8~1.2mm ensuring a snug yet easy‑to‑remove fit. The printing employs a special paper with an original black backing, while the coated‑paper edition features full‑coverage solid black in a spot color. The side edges are adorned with European-style scrolling floral motifs, vertically arranged English text, wheat sheaves, wine‑barrel emblems, and patterns on the tube cap—each meticulously embossed and gilded to create a relief-like, three‑dimensional tactile effect. The surface is coated with a matte‑touch film or sprayed with a tactile‑feel oil, offering fingerprint‑resistant and abrasion‑proof properties; an economical option features a standard matte BOPP film. The entire post‑production process is meticulously crafted, with comprehensive inspections of roundness, gold stamping, and opening/closing functionality to ensure that every piece is an exquisitely vintage‑style work of art.

Technical Specifications

Size Finished paper tube dimensions: diameter 95mm × height 330mm. The inner diameter of the cap is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the tube body, with an interference fit of 0.8~1.2mm, ensuring a snug yet smooth engagement that prevents slipping or jamming. The diameter and overall height can be customized by retooling the winding die to match the bottle’s body diameter and full‑bottle height.
Optional lining VA Flocked one-piece milled tray, wrapping the bottle bottom and neck to absorb shock and prevent impacts.
Printing process Base color: The special‑grade, unbleached black paper requires no additional base‑coat printing; the coated‑paper version features a solid‑coverage spot‑color print in pure black. Text and graphics: Side‑panel border adorned with European-style scrolling floral motifs; vertical‑column English lettering BARREL and RESERVE; wheat‑ear patterns; a wine‑barrel emblem; and a wheat‑ear motif on the barrel lid—all are finished with gold foil stamping and embossing.
Outer liner paper Premium choice: 250–300g black textured special art paper/black soft-touch coated paper, with a matte, frosted finish and a vintage, high-end aesthetic.
Cylinder core layer Middle-layer substrate: 2.0~3.0mm thickened industrial grey board/corrugated cardboard core for winding; after rolling into a cylinder, it maintains excellent roundness and straightness and is resistant to crushing and deformation.
Surface post-processing technology Overall surface finish: Full‑surface matte‑touch lamination or tactile‑feel spray coating—fingerprint‑resistant, abrasion‑proof, and delivering a refined, solid hand feel; for cost‑effective mass production, standard matte BOPP film is also an option. Three‑dimensional embossing (relief patterning): Wheat ears, badges, and ornamental motifs are deeply embossed to create a sculpted, three‑dimensional tactile effect with pronounced layering. Aluminum hot stamping: All patterns, English lettering, and outline borders are finished in bright gold, accentuating a vintage, luxurious ambiance.
Complete post-processing procedures Four-color lithographic printing on facial tissue → Register embossing and debossing → Precision overprinting for gold foil stamping. Gray board slitting and cutting, followed by core‑tube forming; facial tissue is laminated to the tube body and cap. Trimming and edge finishing, along with roundness correction, ensure a uniform, smooth‑rounded tube. Optional inner tray cutting and assembly, with dimensional adjustment and fine‑tuning. Final inspection covers roundness, gold foil finish, and opening/closing performance.
