This premium, hardbox chocolate gift set in a regular hexagonal design is crafted specifically for high-end customization. Selected 250-300g wine-red or coffee‑colored tactile art paper/leatherette, with a fine texture, excellent abrasion resistance, and a striking vintage aesthetic. The box body is made of thickened double‑grey cardboard, ranging from 2.0-2.5mm, with crisp hexagonal edges that resist deformation under pressure. Inner lining made of eco-friendly cowhide cardboard with a honeycomb partition, offering breathability and moisture resistance; compartment dimensions can be customized to match the diameter of chocolate spheres. The overall box dimensions and the number of compartments can both be customized through mold modification. The printing process supports spot colors, CMYK four‑color process, or the natural hues of art paper, complemented by hot‑stamped bright gold borders and radiating patterns, along with the English text “CACAO NOIR,” all enhanced by embossing for a highly tactile, multi‑layered effect. The surface is coated with a matte‑touch film or sprayed with a tactile oil, offering fingerprint resistance, scratch protection, and wear resistance. A complete set of processes—die-cutting, embossing/debossing, hot stamping, paper lamination, side‑folding and box gluing, as well as final full‑inspection—ensures that the lid opens and closes with just the right tension: neither too loose nor prone to jamming.
