This deluxe, hardbound gift box for four tea tins features a double-door design and is crafted specifically for high-end customization. The outer cover is finished with either a 250–300g dark green special-touch art paper or leather‑effect paper, offering a delicately tactile surface. The box body is constructed from 2.0–2.5mm thickened double‑sided grey board, ensuring that the hinged doors remain flat and free from warping, while providing smooth, long‑lasting opening and closing. The inner lining features four circular recesses CNC-milled from high-density EVA foam with a density of 38°–45°, paired with an off-white flocking surface that provides cushioning, shock absorption, moisture resistance, and slip prevention—perfectly tailored to standard glass tea jars. The entire gift box can be customized with spot-color printing on coated paper, featuring traditional Chinese motifs such as peonies and cranes reproduced in four‑color CMYK overprinting for exquisite layering. The surface is finished with a matte tactile film or touch‑sensory varnish, offering fingerprint‑resistant, scratch‑ and abrasion‑proof protection. The border and the “Floral Realm” text are adorned with bright gold hot foil stamping, and the patterned areas can be further upgraded with embossing for a striking three‑dimensional effect. The matching tote bag is crafted from 250gsm white cardstock or coated paper, with dimensions perfectly tailored to the gift box (245×245×75mm). The entire post‑press process is meticulously controlled: die‑cutting, hot foil stamping, gluing, slotting, and flocking are all subject to 100% inspection before leaving the factory, making this set the premier choice for custom tea gifts that exude refined taste.
