This octagonal, die-cut EVA‑lined insert for tea sets is custom‑made for premium tea gift boxes. The outer cover is finished with either a 250–300gsm dark green special‑touch art paper or a textured leather‑like paper, offering adelicate feel and aunderstated texture. The box body is reinforced with 2.0–2.5mm thick double‑sided grey board, ensuring crisp, well‑defined octagonal edges that remain durable and resistant to deformation even after repeated opening and closing. The inner lining is crafted from high-density EVA foam with a hardness of 38°–45°, precision-milled and slotted using CNC machining to perfectly accommodate tea tins or tea bags. The surface features a beige flocking finish for shock absorption and moisture resistance. The outer box measures 220mm×220mm×70mm on opposite sides, and the lid‑and‑tray closure is snug yet easy to open. Exquisite printing craftsmanship: four‑color overprinting creates landscapes, water ripples, and tea leaves; the surface is finished with a matte‑touch film or tactile‑feel varnish for smudge‑resistant, scratch‑proof protection. A traditional Chinese fretwork border, tea branches and leaves, and the words “Pre‑Spring Longjing” are embossed in glossy gold, with an optional raised relief upgrade available. The overall dimensions and internal compartments can be customized to suit your needs, making it the ideal choice for luxury‑yet‑elegant, traditional‑Chinese‑style tea gift packaging.

|---|---|
| Lining structure | Base material: High-density EVA foam with a density of 38°~45°, CNC-machined with precise grooving to perfectly match the contours of round tea tins and tea bags. Surface: Entirely finished in a soft beige flocking, providing cushioning, shock absorption, moisture resistance, and wear‑resistance while elevating the premium quality of the gift box. |
| Printing process | Base color: Uncoated art paper in natural dark green—no solid‑area printing required; the coated‑paper version features a spot‑color CMYK four‑color print in dark green. Main motif: Landscape water‑ripple and tea‑leaf patterns are rendered with fine four‑color overprinting, creating a soft, elegant, and refined traditional‑Chinese‑style aesthetic. |
| Outer liner paper | 250–300g Dark green special-touch art paper/coated paper, with adelicate texture and aunderstated, high-end feel. |
| Box body support substrate | The lid and the surrounding bottom panel are made of thickened double-grey cardboard with a thickness of 2.0mm~2.5mm, ensuring crisp, well-defined octagonal edges that remain durable and resistant to deformation or collapse even after repeated opening and closing. |
| Surface post-processing technology | Box surface: Matte‑touch lamination/tactile‑feel spray coating, offering fingerprint resistance, scratch protection, and a warm, refined hand feel; for budget‑conscious options, standard matte BOPP lamination is available. Hot‑stamping with electro‑aluminum foil: the outer frame features a traditional Chinese fretwork border, tea branch and leaf motifs, landscape lines, and the vertically arranged text “Mingqian Longjing” all rendered in bright gold, creating a distinct, subtly luxurious Chinese‑style aesthetic. Optional upgrade: embossing and debossing can be added to the text and landscape areas, producing a three‑dimensional relief effect that elevates the overall quality and premium appeal. |
| Complete post-processing procedures | Precision die-cutting of octagonal custom‑shape dies; base‑coat printing → register gilding of graphics and text; gray board laminated with face paper, fully automatic edge‑banding, gluing, and box forming EVA; slotting, flocking, and trimming; positioning and insertion into the bottom tray; final opening‑closing adjustment and 100% inspection for cosmetic defects. |
