This multi-compartment EVA‑lined flip‑top box for oral‑liquid capsules features an outer cover made of 250–300gsm off‑white matte art paper with a soft, tactile finish, complemented by an olive‑green ribbon of the same premium texture. The overall feel is smooth and sophisticated. The lid and side panels are made from thickened double-grey cardboard with a basis weight of 2.0–2.5mm, offering excellent stiffness and resisting deformation even after repeated opening and closing. The interior features high-density EVA foam with a density of 38°–45°, precision-milled and slotted using CNC machining to perfectly accommodate the dimensions of vials and capsules. The entire surface is finished with off-white flocking for cushioning, shock absorption, scratch resistance, and moisture protection. Finished product outer box 210×115×50mm; the bottle slots, capsule trays, and overall dimensions can all be customized to match the customer’s actual samples. The surface is coated with a matte‑touch film or sprayed with a tactile oil, offering fingerprint‑resistant and abrasion‑proof performance; all bezels, the LOGO, and the brand’s typography are finished with bright gold hot‑stamped electro‑aluminum, embodying a minimalist, understated luxury. The entire post‑press process undergoes rigorous quality inspection to ensure smooth opening and closing, precise hot‑stamping, making it the custom‑made choice for elevating the premium appeal of gift boxes.
