The entire surface is finished in a beige flocking, providing cushioning, shock absorption, and scratch‑resistant durability. The dimensions are 175×160×52mm, with the opening and closing gap precisely controlled at 1–1.5mm, offering a comfortably balanced fit. The printing process supports spot colors and four‑color CMYK overprinting for the lavender branch and foliage pattern, with a matte tactile film or touch‑sensory coating applied to the surface for fingerprint resistance and scratch protection. The deep embossing and debossing techniques give the lavender motif a three-dimensional, relief-like texture, complemented by two-tone gold foil stamping—essential oil droplets and stars in bright gold, with a matte silver outline—creating an air of understated luxury.
