It features a red tactile art paper or red embossed leather‑style cover, offering a smooth, durable feel. The box body is reinforced with 2.0-2.5mm thickened double‑sided grey board, ensuring the sharp, angular hexagonal shape remains sturdy and resists deformation. It features an eco-friendly sugarcane pulp molded tray, with six scalloped recesses formed in one piece, offering food-grade cushioning and moisture resistance. Dimensions can be customized; we offer custom mold-making for both egg-yolk mooncakes and traditional round mooncakes, with adjustable diameter and depth. The surface is coated with a matte‑touch film or tactile oil, offering fingerprint‑resistant and scratch‑proof protection; the patterns and text are finished with hot‑stamped bright gold, and embossing can be added to create a three‑dimensional relief effect, lending a rich traditional Chinese aesthetic.
