This flip-top single-bottle red wine gift box set is custom-designed for premium wines. The outer cover can be finished with either 250–300g black high-end tactile art paper or leather‑effect paper, offering a fine, durable feel and a sophisticated matte finish. The box body is crafted from 2.0–2.5mm thickened double‑sided grey board, ensuring excellent stiffness and resisting deformation even after repeated opening and closing of the lid. The interior features a one-piece, curved bottle‑holding slot milled from high‑density EVA foam at 38–45°, with a wine‑red flocking finish on the surface to provide cushioning, shock absorption, and scratch protection for the bottle, while elevating the overall premium aesthetic. The matching tote bag is made of 250gsm thick coated paper and comes in a well‑matched size. The print features a spot‑color CMYK black undercoat, with gold‑foil stamping on the graphics and text. Optional castle‑pattern and vine‑embossed relief techniques deliver a three‑dimensional, sculpted texture that exudes luxury. The entire box is coated with a matte‑touch film or sprayed with a tactile oil, offering fingerprint‑resistant and scratch‑resistant protection.
