This playful Crayon Shin‑chan–themedcultural-creative gift box is a custom‑made design, with an outer carton whose dimensions and die‑cut shape can be freely adjusted to meet personalized preferences. The box exterior uses either 250g~350gsm white cardboard or single-coated paper (with a premium option of 300gsm grey‑back white cardboard), paired with 2.0~2.5mm double‑grey board for excellent shape retention and dimensional stability, ensuring that custom‑shaped designs remain true to form. The lining is crafted from high-density EVA foam with a hardness of 38~45 degrees, milled into slots via CNC machining and integrally molded to precisely accommodate four different product models. The surface features a beige short-pile flocking finish that offers scratch and slIP resistance while elevating the overall premium feel. Printed using four-color CMYK offset lithography, with high-definition reproduction of Xiao Xin’s IP colors and a registration accuracy of ±0.1mm; the entire surface is coated with a matte laminate for fingerprint resistance, scratch protection, and a premium, low-gloss finish. Die-cut edges are smooth, the box folds and opens with ease, and the eco-friendly water-based white glue meets food-grade standards.
