This cloud-shaped, lid-and-tray bath and personal-care four-piece gift set is custom-made to bring your vision of a high-end, personalized gift to life. The outer cover is finished with a tactile art paper or leather‑effect paper in a light blue–off‑white two‑tone combination, paired with a 2.0-2.5mm thick double‑sided grey board. The custom‑shaped structure ensures firm support and resilience, while the cloud‑like curved profile exudes elegance and resists deformation. The lining is crafted from high‑density EVA foam with a density of 38°-45°, and the product’s recesses are precision‑milled using computer‑controlled CNC machining. The entire surface features a beige flocking finish, offering slip and scratch resistance as well as cushioning and shock absorption, while the opening and closing action provides just the right amount of tension. Dimensions 220×135×48mm, lid-to-tray gap 1-1.5mm. The printing uses a CMYK+process with a light blue base, while the lid design is printed in four-color offset, delivering soft, harmonious tones. The entire surface is coated with a matte, touch‑friendly film that resists fingerprints and abrasion. Localized embossing enhances the three-dimensional effect, while bubble and star accents are adorned with silver foil stamping, exuding refined, understated luxury. The entire post‑processing workflow is meticulously controlled, encompassing die‑cutting with custom‑shaped blades, fully automated edge‑banding and box gluing, and EVA slot‑milling, flocking, and laminating.
