20 Years of Structural Design Experience

This light-gray textured-paper gift box, adorned with embossed mountain motifs, is a quintessentially Chinese‑style storage treasure specially crafted for wooden bead strands such as sandalwood, agarwood, and scholar’s objects like bodhi beads. The gift box is wrapped in 280g light-gray, coarse-fiber textured art paper, offering a natural matte finish paired with deep-relief mountain‑inspired embossing and a matte-gold‑stamped crescent‑moon motif, exuding a serene, understated elegance. The inner box is crafted from 250g dark-brown, matte special‑grade cardstock, its rich, vintage sophistication underscored by a striking contrast with gold calligraphy. The supporting core material is a thickened double-gray cardboard with a thickness of 2.0mm, ensuring the box body remains square and rigid, and resists collapsing under stacking. The interior features high‑density black short‑pile EVA flocking at 38°, with a 78mm circular bead‑holding slot milled using CNC machining. It is scratch‑resistant and abrasion‑proof, and the flocked surface can also be hot‑stamped with the Heart Sutra. The accompanying greeting card is crafted from 250g deep brown textured cardstock, featuring a water-drop‑pattern embossing with no ink used. The entire surface is coated with a matte, eco-friendly touch‑feel oil that resists fingerprints and abrasion. The dimensions, mountain-relief carving, crescent motif, and Heart Sutra layout can all be customized to match the bracelet’s diameter and the number of beads, making it an ideal choice for blessings, longevity wishes, tea‑room cultural creations, and other settings, all while exuding the refined elegance of the East.

Surface post-processing technology Surface Protection: The entire box is coated with a matte, eco‑friendly touch‑feel varnish that preserves the paper’s natural texture, resists fingerprints and abrasion, and keeps it clean during storage and transit. Embossed Texture Process: On the left side of the lid, a large‑area shallow relief embossing creates a three‑dimensional pattern of rolling mountain ranges—ink‑free, with a warm, layered tactile experience. Core Gilding Technique: The crescent moon motif on the lid and the sutra text inside the velvet lining are both finished with electro‑aluminum matte gold stamping. The interplay of light gray and deep brown backgrounds with golden accents elevates the atmosphere to one of quintessential Chinese Zen style. Greeting Card Craftsmanship: The waterdrop‑shaped border and the text are integrated into a single, raised‑and‑recessed embossing—a minimalist, ink‑free design that harmonizes seamlessly with the gift box’s aesthetic.
Complete post-processing procedures The square lid-and-tray gift box and the greeting card are individually die-cut and scored. The box lid features a mountain‑pattern relief created through hydraulic embossing; the card incorporates water‑drop lettering with synchronized debossing, along with aligned crescent‑shaped areas hot‑stamped in gold foil. Inside, an EVA flocking insert bears sutra text via hot stamping. Grayboard is laminated with light gray outer paper and dark brown inner box paper, then fully automatically wrapped and glued into shape. The EVA‑flocked insert is assembled, and each unit undergoes comprehensive inspection of embossed surface flatness, gold‑stamp uniformity, and the snugness of the lid‑and‑tray closure.
Covered with outer facing paper on all sides. 280–300g Light gray, coarse-fiber art paper with a natural matte texture; deep embossing ensures excellent tear resistance and strong gold-stamping adhesion, exuding a serene, understated aesthetic.
