20 Years of Structural Design Experience

This new Chinese‑style luxury gift box, featuring bold color contrasts and embossed gold foil, is specially designed for premium health‑boosting ingredients. The outer box is crafted from 250–300g matte, tactile art paper in either dark green or light gray, featuring a finely textured surface that resists fingerprints and exudes a natural, premium elegance. The octagonal box is crafted from thickened double-grey cardboard, ranging from 2.0–2.5mm, with crisp, robust edges for enhanced durability. The lining features high-density EVA foam at 38°–45°, with four rounded can slots and two rectangular pouch slots milled using CNC machining. It is fully wrapped in light bean-green flocking for cushioning and moisture protection, ensuring a precise fit for medicine jars and vacuum-sealed bags. The box is coated with a matte, soft‑to‑the‑touch film, featuring deep embossing of branches, leaves, and vines paired with radiant gold foil stamping—capturing a light‑luxury, forest‑inspired aesthetic. All dimensions and slots can be custom‑modified to match the customer’s physical sample, supporting spot‑color and CMYK overprint printing. The entire post‑press process undergoes meticulous quality inspection, showcasing true craftsmanship.

Technical Specifications

Size Octagonal outer box: finished product external dimensions 265mm × 265mm × 78mm. Lid-and-tray closure with a reserved gap of 1~1.5mm, ensuring smooth, secure opening and closing; when closed, the edges align neatly, with neither looseness nor binding. The internal round and elongated slots can be custom-molded to match the actual dimensions of customers’ glass vials or vacuum-sealed bags; the overall size and height of the box can also be customized.
Lining structure Base material: High‑density EVA foam with a hardness of 38°~45°, CNC‑milled with four round canisters and two rectangular pouch slots, precisely tailored to the contours of medicine jars and vacuum bags. Surface: Entirely wrapped in light bean‑green flocking, providing cushioning and shock absorption, as well as moisture resistance and slip prevention, while enhancing the premium aesthetic of the medicinal herbs.
Printing process Base Color: The natural tone of the art paper requires no full‑coverage printing; for the coated‑paper version, a spot‑color background in olive green and light gray is printed using four‑color separation in CMYK. Graphic Elements: Branches, leaves, vines, dotted water ripples, and circular foliage. The LOGO and the text “Forest‑Nurtured Premium” are delicately overprinted, creating a soft, elegant, and naturally layered forest‑inspired aesthetic.
Outer liner paper 250–300g Two matte‑finish artistic specialty papers—dark green and light gray—featuring a fine, velvety texture, smudge‑resistant, and exuding a naturally sophisticated aesthetic.
Box body support substrate The lid and the surrounding bottom panel are made of thickened double-grey cardboard with a thickness of 2.0mm~2.5mm, while the octagonal edges and corners are rigidly shaped to maintain their form, ensuring the box remains stable and does not deform or collapse even after prolonged storage.
Surface post-processing technology Box exterior: Matte‑touch lamination/tactile‑feel spray coating—fingerprint‑resistant, scratch‑proof, and pleasantly soft to the touch; for a more economical option, standard matte BOPP lamination is used. Deep embossing and debossing: The lid features large‑area vines and foliage rendered as three‑dimensional relief, with strikingly layered textures under the fingertips. Hot foil stamping with gold aluminum: Frame lines, leaf patterns, the LOGO, and the thematic text are all finished in brilliant gold, accentuating a refined, nature‑inspired aesthetic.
Complete post-processing procedures Octagonal die‑cutting tool for precise die‑cutting and creasing; color‑separation base‑coat printing → deep embossing of branch and leaf patterns → highly accurate register for hot‑stamping. Grayboard is color‑separated and laminated with facing paper, then automatically wrapped, glued, and formed into boxes EVA. Six‑compartment shaped slots are milled, flocking is cut to size, and components are assembled into the bottom box with precise positioning and bonding. Matching small packaging boxes and greeting cards are printed concurrently, featuring embossing, debossing, hot‑stamping, and die‑cutting. Finished products undergo opening‑closing adjustment, embossed relief inspection, and a full‑scope quality check for hot‑stamping defects.
