This Orange Moon Embracing Rabbit three-dimensional relief flip-top gift box is crafted from matte orange special‑touch art paper weighing 280–300g, offering a soft‑matte finish that resists fingerprints and delivers rich, even color. The box body and lid are made of thickened double‑sided grey board at 2.0mm, ensuring a square, crisp structure that remains deformation‑free even after repeated opening and closing. The inner tray is made of high-density black EVA foam with a density of 38°, featuring four square‑shaped slots milled using CNC machining and finished with a velvety flocking; it provides shock‑resistance, scratch protection, and perfect safeguarding for mooncakes. The gift box is customizable: the dimensions, the number of EVA slots (adjustable to 6 or 8), the size of the viewing window, and the ribbon length can all be tailored to your specifications; the embossed jade rabbit motif and the gold‑stamping finish (matte or glossy) can also be modified as needed. Comes with a matching small, square box featuring a circular moon-shaped window; a transparent PET sheet can be added for dust protection. The entire process includes deep embossing and debossing, as well as gold foil stamping.
