The box is crafted from matte art paper in off-white or dark green, weighing 250–300g/m², with a soft texture and a premium tactile feel. Reinforced double‑sided grey board supports the octagonal edges, ensuring long‑term stability and resistance to deformation. The inner lining features 38°~45° high-density EVA foam with a velvety flocking, precisely tailored to the shape of the tea set, providing cushioning, shock absorption, and slip‑resistant, abrasion‑resistant protection. Dimensions can be adjusted by mold customization based on the customer’s actual tea caddies and teacups; both the box size and height are customizable.
