Lining structure Base material: High-density EVA foam with a hardness of 38°~45°, CNC-milled with four square grooves and one circular saucer slot, precisely matching the dimensions of small square mooncake boxes and ceramic saucers. Surface: Entirely wrapped in off-white flocking, providing cushioning, shock absorption, non-slip performance, and wear resistance, while enhancing the texture of pastries and ceramic ware.

Applicable Scenarios Mid-Autumn corporate employee benefits, thank-you gifts for business clients, high-end mooncake gift sets for bakery outlets, Mid-Autumn tea gift assortments, festive presents for elders, and traditional Chinese‑stylecultural-creative pastry gift packaging.
Box body support substrate The base and the arched lid are made of thickened double-grey cardboard with a thickness of 2.0mm~2.5mm. The arched lid is neatly shaped and holds its form, making it resistant to edge warping and deformation.
Surface post-processing technology Box exterior: Matte‑touch lamination/tactile‑feel spray coating, fingerprint‑resistant and scratch‑proof, with a warm, smooth hand feel; for cost‑effective mass production, standard matte BOPP film is used. Hot‑stamping with electro‑aluminum foil: All borders, window frames, auspicious cloud patterns, the LOGO, and thematic text are uniformly finished in bright gold, accentuating a light‑luxury Chinese aesthetic. Optional upgrade: The auspicious cloud and window‑frame motifs can be enhanced with embossing and debossing, creating a three‑dimensional relief effect and elevating the gift box’s premium appeal.
Complete post-processing procedures Semicircular die‑cutting tool precisely cuts and forms the shape; arched lid is creased and shaped by pressure. Base‑color printing → precise over‑printing of auspicious cloud patterns and window‑pane graphics with gold foil stamping. Grayboard core is laminated with navy‑blue cover stock, while the base and arched lid are each fully automatically glued into box form. EVA milling creates five‑compartment custom‑shape slots, followed by flocking and die‑cutting; components are then inserted into the base box for positioning and bonding. The matching square mooncake box is simultaneously printed, gold‑stamped, and die‑cut. Finished products undergo full inspection for opening/closing performance, arc‑fit accuracy, and gold‑stamping defects.
