The base and the arched lid are crafted from thickened double‑grey cardboard, 2.0–2.5mm in thickness, ensuring a crisp, well‑formed structure with edges that remain perfectly flat. The interior is lined with high‑density EVA foam at 38°~45° hardness, CNC‑milled with four‑sided grooves and a circular tea‑saucer recess, precisely accommodating both square mooncake boxes and ceramic saucers. The entire package features an off‑white flocking wraparound finish, providing cushioning, shock absorption, non‑slip performance, and wear resistance. Base dimensions: 270×190×90mm; arch cover arc height: 35mm; opening and closing mechanism offers a just-right balance of ease and firmness.
