The outer frame and inner tray are crafted from a special art paper made of 280–300gsm off-white, virgin-fiber textured stock, featuring a subtle, natural grass‑like grain. Its matte, soft‑touch finish resists fingerprints, delivering a gentle, velvety feel without the need for lamination. The core support material is a thickened double-gray cardboard with a thickness of 2.0mm, ensuring the box body remains square and rigid, and resisting edge warping or corner cracking even after prolonged opening and closing. The interior lining is available in 38° high‑density beige short‑pile EVA, with a CNC‑milled multi‑slot design that ensures precise compartmentalization for jewelry, offering oxidation resistance and protection against impacts. Available in three standard sizes: small (70×70×25mm), medium (90×90×30mm), and large (110×110×35mm); the length, width, and height can all be customized to meet your needs. In terms of finishing, you can choose either the eco-friendly, film‑free option—featuring a matte‑touch varnish that preserves the paper’s natural texture and is recyclable and biodegradable—or the e‑commerce‑oriented, durable option—laminated with a matte BOPP film for water resistance and scratch protection. Brand typography can be printed in a single shade of light gray, or upgraded with matte gold foil stamping or embossing, leaving ample negative space for a minimalist aesthetic.
