This mint-green folding flip-top ribbon gift box is custom-designed for skincare sets. The outer cover is crafted from 280gsm mint-green matte‑touch special art paper, featuring a fine, velvety texture that resists fingerprints and scratches. The box body and lid are made of thickened double‑sided grey board, ranging from 1.8–2.0mm in thickness, with creasing for added strength to ensure the folds remain durable and resistant to cracking. The interior features an optional 38°‑angled, high‑density EVA‑flocked milled channel for secure bottle and can retention; the ribbon is a 2.5cm‑wide, tone‑on‑tone polyester satin, available in pink, white, or black. We can produce molds based on the actual product dimensions (small size: 160×160×50mm, large size: 220×220×60mm). When folded, it measures just 5–8mm thick, reducing shipping costs. The printing features a solid mint-green base using spot color, with the box lid adorned with a thick‑printed white UV‑coated LOGO that offers a distinct tactile feel; optional finishes include white hot foil stamping or light embossing. Matte lamination offers water and fingerprint resistance, lending the overall design a clean, minimalist look.
