The main body is crafted from 280–300g matte silver metallic art paper, offering a soft metallic sheen that avoids glare and lacks the cheap, glossy finish of coated surfaces, while maintaining exceptional stiffness to resist creasing or damage. Both the outer frame and the inner drawer are made from 2.0mm thickened double‑grey board, ensuring long‑term, repeated opening and closing without warping or deformation. Integrated die-cut tray with dual-zone multi-card slots, offering a lightweight, eco-friendly design; it can also be upgraded to a silver-flocked shock-absorbing EVA inner tray. The finished product’s outer box measures approximately 240×120×45mm, with slots designed to accommodate strip-shaped products 12–18mm wide. The surface is coated with a matte, abrasion-resistant oil finish that resists fingerprints and scratches.
