This digitally gold-stamped electronic product drawer box is custom-designed for high-end headphones and digital accessories. The outer box is crafted from either 300gsm black tactile special art paper or black kraft card with a soft-touch finish, offering a finely textured matte feel. The interior lining features a high‑density EVA molded and flocked insert, available in densities ranging from 35°~45°, which precisely secures the charging case and accessories while providing scratch‑ and impact‑resistant protection. Outer box dimensions: 165×75×38mm. The inner tray can be customized to match the actual dimensions of the components. It features a half‑cut pre‑scored pull‑tab for smooth, effortless sliding. The print features a special‑grade paper with an all‑black base, while the design elements—circuit patterns, earphone icons, and the English text “ECHO BUDS”—are uniformly hot‑stamped in bright gold. A selective UV‑raised finish is available to enhance tactile dimension. The surface is coated with a matte‑touch film or sprayed with a tactile oil, offering fingerprint‑resistant and scratch‑proof protection, along with a high‑tech matte finish. The entire process—from die-cutting and precision hot stamping to automatic box gluing—is meticulously executed, with each piece subject to 100% inspection to ensure smooth drawer operation and flawless aesthetics. Customization is flexible, meeting brands’ needs for accessible luxury.
