This smog-blue, two-tier gift box features a hinged lid on top and a drawer at the bottom. It is crafted from 280g Morandi‑style smog‑blue textured art paper with a matte, soft‑matt finish that resists fingerprints, paired with 2.2mm thick, high‑density double‑sided grey board for superior load‑bearing, compression resistance, and long‑lasting structural integrity even after repeated opening and closing. On the inside of the flip‑top, a solid‑white ink print features English text and a shield‑shaped LOGO. The surfaces of the three individual small boxes are subtly embossed with a raised LOGO, free of ink for an even more refined texture. The entire box is coated with a matte, abrasion‑resistant touch‑feel finish that’s water‑ and stain‑proof; the concealed magnetic closure offers smooth, dampened operation, while the one‑piece die‑cut drawer glides effortlessly. Customization options include dimensions (length, width, and height), the number of small boxes (2, 4, or 6), drawer depth, magnetic‑closure strength, and ribbon‑handle styles. The surface of the small box features an embossed and debossed LOGO. All board stock is uniformly laminated with a hazy blue textured paper, then automatically glued and assembled into shape. Magnetic tabs are embedded, and woven‑ribbon pull tabs are sewn on; the entire structure is assembled in layered sections. A final inspection verifies magnetic‑closure functionality, smoothness of the drawer’s extension and retraction, print clarity, and the flatness of the box body. |
