This embossed, gold-stamped, round Chinese‑style festive gift BOX features a fully custom design. The cylindrical body is crafted from a thickened industrial grayboard core, ranging from 2.0~3.0mm; once rolled into shape, it stands straight and smooth, offering excellent compression resistance and remaining deformation‑free. Outer binding with 250–300g solid-red tactile art paper or red textured coated paper, offering a matte, refined finish that is both durable and richly textured; the top cover is lined with the same paper, ensuring a cohesive, unified color scheme. The lining features a high-density EVA insole with flocked, milled grooves at an angle of 38°~45°, providing precise foot stabilization while offering impact and scratch protection. The finished dimensions can be customized to suit the packaged product, with an outer diameter of 190mm and a box height of 70mm. The nesting clearance is 0.8~1.2mm, ensuring a snug yet easy fit. The print features a circular arrangement of plum blossom branches, auspicious cloud motifs, and the English text “AUREA BOX”, rendered with hot-stamped bright gold and three-dimensional embossing, exuding a strong sense of Chinese festive luxury. The surface can be optionally coated with a matte tactile film or a soft-touch oil, offering fingerprint resistance and abrasion durability with a warm, smooth feel; for cost‑effective mass production, a matte BOPP lamination is also available. The complete production process, from core‑board tube forming and liner‑paper lamination to hot‑stamping and embossing, with thorough quality inspection at every stage, ensures superior quality.
