This high-end, long octagonal gift box in a chic brown-and-black color block design is custom-made for artisanal diamond chocolates, fresh-creme chocolates as keepsakes, or upscale business gifts. The outer cover is finished with 250–300g deep brown or black matte‑touch art paper, offering a fine, anti‑fingerprint surface and a sophisticated, vintage‑style texture. The box body is reinforced with 2.0–2.5mm thick double‑sided grey board, ensuring crisp, well‑defined edges that remain durable and resistant to deformation even after repeated opening and closing. The interior features high‑density EVA foam at 38°–45°, CNC‑milled to create six polyhedral chocolate compartments and one elongated card slot, precisely matching the shape of the chocolates. The entire surface is then fully wrapped in matte black flocking, providing cushioning, shock absorption, scratch resistance, and a striking black‑gold aesthetic. The dimensions (for the octagonal outer box, approximately 280×120×60mm) and slot depth can all be customized to match the customer’s actual product. The box’s length, width, and height can also be adjusted by retooling the mold. The printing employs spot colors with a CMYK‑based color‑blocking background. The cocoa branches and leaves, the hexagonal LOGO, and the “Black Gold Cocoa” text are meticulously overprinted, complemented by uniform bronzed gold or bright gold foil stamping. An optional embossing process lends the design a three‑dimensional relief, significantly elevating its premium appeal. The surface is coated with a matte‑touch film or touch‑sensory oil, offering fingerprint‑resistant and scratch‑proof protection with a soft, warm feel. The complete post‑press process includes die‑cutting, side‑folding and gluing, EVA slot milling and flocking, as well as final inspection, ensuring that each finished product opens and closes with just the right tension and that the lid aligns neatly.
