The windowed rigid box is crafted to a standard size of 220×180×35mm, featuring a high‑white matte single‑coated artboard weighing 250–300g/m², laminated over a thickened 1.8mm double‑grey board for exceptional rigidity. The lid is printed in full‑coverage spot‑color navy blue, while the window area is fitted with a 0.2mm eco‑friendly transparent PET film, providing dust protection and clear visibility. The drawstring‑closure archival flap box measures 215×175×30mm and weighs 300 g. It is made from thick white cardstock, die‑cut and folded in one piece for a lightweight, portable design.
