The box body is reinforced with thickened double-gray cardboard measuring 2.0-2.5mm, featuring crisp, angular octagonal edges that remain deformation-free even after prolonged use. The interior lining features high-density EVA foam with a density of 38°-45°, CNC-milled to create three vertical vial slots and one elongated slot for a cosmetic spatula. It is fully wrapped in dark gray flocking, providing cushioning, shock absorption, and protection against scratches on glass vials. Outer box dimensions: 220×220×68mm; lid-to-tray gap: 1-1.5mm; opening and closing action is neither too tight nor too loose. Supports modifications to the overall dimensions (length, width, and height) of the box body, and the bottle slot depth can be adjusted according to the customer’s actual product. For the printing process, you can choose either coated paper with a solid black spot‑color print or unbleached art paper with a natural black base.
