This mint green simple skincare gift box mailer box is tailor-made for customization. It uses a three-layer E-flute corrugated structure, with face paper made of 250-300g/m2 coated white cardboard and core/inner paper made of 120-160g/m2 high-strength corrugated paper. The finished thickness is approximately 1.5-2.0mm, and the edge crush strength is ≥3000 N/m, ensuring durability. The inner lid features spot-color printing in mint green with white text for a fresh, cohesive look. The outer body applies CMYK four-color offset printing combined with spot colors to reproduce the fine details of botanical illustrations, while vector text keeps the logo edges sharp. A matte film lamination provides scratch, water, and fingerprint resistance, elevating the premium feel. Optional upgrades include partial UV coating or hot silver stamping on the brand logo, creating contrast against the matte background for enhanced brand recognition. Dimensions are flexible: length 125-145mm, width 105-125mm, and height 35-45mm, perfectly adapting to skincare gift box requirements.
