This green‑and‑color‑block, one‑click‑tear fashion brand apparel and cultural‑creative express air‑plane box is specially designed for e‑commerce shipping, catering to shoppers who value both affordability and individuality. Customizable specifications supported: The standard e‑commerce version uses E‑flute, three‑ply white corrugated cardboard (250g white liner, 120g flute), offering moderate stiffness, lightweight performance, and excellent compression resistance. The premium thickened option features B‑flute, three‑ply (300g white liner, 140g flute), with enhanced rigidity, ideal for heavy and oversized items. The lining is directly printed with fluorescent green ink, and the one-piece molding process reduces costs. The outer box can be customized in terms of length, width, and height; the position of the easy-tear zipper and the handle notch are also customizable, and the zipper depth can be adjusted as needed. The printing uses eco-friendly water-based flexographic inks: the exterior features a monochrome black print of the brand logo and an unboxing prompt, while the interior is fully coated in fluorescent green with white overprint lettering reading “CLASH DIVERSITY / CHINA 2025”. Default: no lamination (to reduce costs for e‑commerce); optional matte BOPP lamination for water and scratch resistance. Die-cut easy-tear zipper perforations with arrow markings ensure smooth, tear‑free opening without damaging the box body.
