This white custom corrugated box features a three-layer single-wall E-flute structure with a flute height of approximately 1.1–1.2 mm. The surface is smooth and fine, offering high color reproduction and rich color gradation in full-color printing. The outer box uses 230–250 g/m2 coated whiteboard as the face paper, combined with 120–140 g/m2 high-strength corrugated medium and 170–200 g/m2 whiteboard as the liner. With edge crush strength ≥3.0 kN/m and bursting strength ≥1200 kPa, it meets the protection requirements of e-commerce shipping. The inner lid is printed in black and white plus spot colors, providing clear step-by-step instructions. The outer box is laminated with gloss or matte film for wear resistance, moisture protection, and enhanced color vibrancy. It supports full-color offset printing and spot color printing with color difference controlled within ΔE ≤ 2 to ensure pattern consistency. Dimensions: 200 × 150 × 60 mm. Custom patterns, text, and lamination processes can be tailored to meet your needs, making brand packaging both protective and visually striking.
