This brown mailing corrugated box features a single-wall E-flute corrugated structure with a smooth and fine surface, offering high print fidelity for clear leopard print patterns. The top liner is made of 230-250g coated white cardboard/art paper, combined with 120-140g high-strength corrugated medium and 170-200g light beige white cardboard liner for a cohesive look. It achieves an edge crush strength of ≥3.0kN/m and burst strength of ≥1200kPa, meeting e-commerce shipping demands. The outer box is full-color offset printed and laminated with matte or gloss film for wear and moisture resistance. The inner side of the lid is reserved for single-color printing, allowing customization of "YOUR LOGO" and taglines. With dimensions of 250×180×60mm and color tolerance controlled within ΔE≤2, batch production ensures consistent color. Available in matte or glossy finish, it adapts to brand personalization needs.
