This blue custom corrugated box uses three-layer single-wall E-flute corrugated board, with a flute height of about 1.1-1.2mm. The surface is smooth and fine, offering high print fidelity. The face paper is 230-250g coated white card or kraft, combined with 120-140g high-strength corrugated medium and 170-200g white card liner. The edge crush strength is ≥3.5kN/m, and burst strength ≥1500kPa, meeting the load-bearing requirements for handles. The finished size is 180×180×120mm. The outer box features full-color offset printing in CMYK four-color, with a natural gradient transition of blue and line patterns, and clear, eye-catching spot color printing on the sides. The surface is laminated with glossy or matte film, which is wear-resistant and moisture-proof, protecting the pattern from scratches while enhancing the box's stiffness. Color difference is controlled within ΔE≤2, ensuring consistent color in batch production. It supports customization of substrate, dimensions, printing, and surface finishing, making it an ideal choice for e-commerce brand display and logistics packaging.
