This custom blue mailing corrugated box features a three-layer single-wall E-flute structure with a flute height of approximately 1.1-1.2mm. The surface is smooth and delicate, with full-color offset printing of a brush texture pattern offering high color reproduction and sharp edges. The outer box is laminated with either matte or glossy finish for wear resistance and moisture protection: the matte lamination delivers a premium texture, while the glossy lamination enhances color saturation. The inner side of the lid supports single-color or spot-color printing for logos and slogans, leaving room for brand customization. The main color scheme is navy blue + light blue + white, with a color difference ΔE ≤ 2, ensuring consistent batch quality. The paper used is coated white cardboard/art paper combined with high-strength corrugated base paper, with an edge crush strength ≥ 3.0 kN/m and burst strength ≥ 1200 kPa, meeting e-commerce shipping requirements. Dimensions: 250×180×60mm, finished thickness approximately 2.0-2.5mm. It is an ideal choice for brand packaging and express delivery.
