This custom pull‑out drawer‑style folding cosmetic box for perfumes and essential oils is crafted from 250–300gsm off‑white textured special art paper or cotton‑texture tactile paper, featuring a subtle grain that lends a soft, matte finish with no glare, perfectly embodying the natural, understated aesthetic of wabi‑sabi. Includes a blank cardboard tray; optional upgrade to 38° high-density EVA‑lined, milled square bottle slots that securely hold 15ml square essential oil bottles, preventing bumps and scratches. Finished frame 115×50×35mm; sliding clearance 0.8–1.2mm; smooth push-pull operation. The printing employs monochrome light gray or carbon black flexography, paired with a matte-touch varnish or matte lamination. Die-cutting and embossing create a three-dimensional contour, with no gold foil stamping and no UV coating—resulting in an exceptionally minimalist and understated aesthetic. Complete die-cutting, creasing, and gluing with full inspection, ideal for niche, minimalist packaging of fragrance oils, salon perfumes, and boutique‑style gift items.
