20 Years of Structural Design Experience

This eco-friendly, natural‑color kraft paper coffee packaging box is crafted from food‑grade, thick virgin kraft cardboard with a natural, unbleached texture. It is fully biodegradable and boasts exceptional stiffness, making it ideally suited for deep embossing. The dimensions are flexibly adjustable, accommodating coffee beans ranging from 200g to 500g. The arched curvature, self‑locking bottom design, and floral pattern size can all be customized with a new mold as needed. The printing preserves the paper’s natural, unbleached color, while the brand name and net content are printed in deep brown monochrome offset, creating a clean and cohesive visual. The core process is deep embossing with raised relief, giving the floral motifs a three-dimensional effect and revealing exquisite patterns without the need for ink. You can opt for a food-grade matte, water-resistant spray finish to enhance moisture resistance, or choose to preserve the natural paper texture for maximum environmental friendliness. Additional enhancements include embossing in the same color as the text and spot hot-stamping in deep brown gold, further elevating the brand’s premium image. As a custom-made product, every detail—from dimensions to craftsmanship—can be tailored to your specifications, offering both eco‑friendliness and premium quality.

Technical Specifications

Size Reference dimensions for a standard outer box designed to hold 10.5oz (300g) of coffee beans: length 110mm × width 70mm × height 180mm. Customizable features include adjustments to the length, width, and height to accommodate coffee packages in 200g, 250g, and 500g; the arch‑shaped curvature, the self‑locking bottom‑closure mechanism, and the size and layout of the floral pattern can all be modified via new mold tooling as required.
Main body paper 250-300g Thick, virgin cowhide cardboard (fiber-texture finish), with a natural, unbleached feel; fully biodegradable and certified food-safe; excellent stiffness suitable for deep embossing.
Printing process The base color is the paper’s natural, unbleached kraft tone, eliminating the need for a full‑coverage underprint. The brand name HOMECOMING, “Whole Bean COFFEE,” net weight, and the small‑print details on the side are all printed in a single‑color dark coffee/black‑brown ink using flat‑bed printing, harmonizing softly with the kraft‑paper base and delivering a clean, cohesive visual aesthetic.
Complete machining process Die-cut the cardboard blank according to the specified dimensions, complete creasing and scoring, and form the self-locking bottom with slotting. The floral pattern on the front is embossed using hydraulic deep‑embossing technology. Brand text, net content, and side‑panel details are printed in a single‑color eco‑friendly ink and dried. The box is glued and locked at the bottom for forming; it can be shipped flat‑packed to save storage and logistics space. Random samples are inspected for embossing clarity, adhesive strength, and smoothness of folding and opening.
Surface post-processing technology Core Process: Deep embossing creates a three-dimensional relief effect for the floral and foliage motifs, rendering intricate patterns without ink and enhancing the natural texture. Surface Protection: A food-grade matte, water-resistant coating can be applied to improve moisture and stain resistance, making it well-suited for coffee storage and transportation; for maximum eco‑friendliness, the finish can remain uncoated, preserving the paper’s raw, tactile character. Optional Upgrades: The text can be embossed in a matching color, with select areas finished in deep brown gold foil stamping to elevate the brand’s sophistication; the circular logo on the lid can also be subtly embossed.
