Chief Engineer's Note

20 Years of Structural Design Experience

We offer this professional-grade custom playing‑card stock, specially designed for premium decks, collectible cards, and casino‑level competition. It features a three-layer composite red-core structure; when folded, the red inner core is immediately visible, providing built-in physical security. We offer reprints ranging from 250g to 400g, and can customize cards for all levels—whether you’re looking for affordable beginner decks or ultra‑rigid collector’s editions. We support both sheet‑fed and roll‑fed supply formats. Sheets are available in standard, wide, and other sizes, with custom cutting options for a variety of finished dimensions, including A3/A4, casino poker cards (63×88.9mm), narrow‑format bridge cards (57×88.9mm), and tarot cards (70×120mm). Roll‑fed stock can be slit to any width within the 600-1250mm range and is compatible with high‑speed printing lines. The standard finish is a smooth, double-sided glossy surface with rich, vibrant printing. Custom options include a linen-textured coating (for quiet shuffling and non-stick cards) or a matte laminate (with low reflectivity and fingerprint resistance). Physical properties such as stiffness and moisture content are adjustable, and the packaging features moisture‑proof stretch film with solid wood pallets and paper corner protectors for enhanced transport safety. Made entirely from virgin wood pulp, this stock boasts exceptional stiffness and remains delamination-free even after repeated bending, making it the material of choice for premium custom playing cards, TCG trading cards, and limited-edition collectibles.

Two forms of supply Can be customized for both sheet-fed full‑sheet and roll‑fed materials.
Raw Material Formula All‑virgin‑wood‑pulp version: boasts exceptional stiffness and strong inter‑ply adhesion, resists delamination and buckling even after repeated bending, and is ideally suited for high‑end poker decks and premium collectible card orders.
Packaging and protective measures Sheet paper: Wrapped with moisture-proof stretch film and palletized on solid wood pallets to protect against moisture, compression, and impact. Roll paper: Entire roll is wrapped in stretch film, with cardboard corner protectors at both ends to prevent surface scratches and crushing during transport.
Customizable shading level grading Standard high-opacity option: Completely blocks natural light, rendering the back design invisible and eliminating any chance of peeking—ideal for custom-made playing cards and board-game cards at an excellent price‑performance ratio. Casino‑grade super opacity: Features a densely packed red core that remains completely opaque even when illuminated directly by a powerful flashlight, making it the material of choice for professional tournament‑quality casino decks and high‑end anti‑counterfeiting cards.

Customized surface finishing for paper Standard: Double-sided smooth finish (mainstay in-stock option). The paper features a fine, even surface on both sides, high cleanliness, and excellent smoothness, making it compatible with offset printing, UV printing, screen printing, hot foil stamping (gold or silver), embossing, and all other post‑press processes. It offers strong ink adhesion and rich, vibrant color reproduction, perfectly meeting the demands of high‑end playing‑card printing. Linen‑texture custom option (exclusive to premium decks). A cross‑hatch linen pattern is pressed into the surface, ensuring cards stay apart during shuffling, operate quietly and smoothly, and is commonly used for cut‑deck poker and professional competitive cards. Available in two textures: fine grain and coarse grain. Matte coated custom option. Low‑reflective, fingerprint‑resistant finish, ideal for high‑end limited‑edition collectibles and art‑themed trading cards, elevating the overalltexture and perceived quality.
Controllable physical performance indicators Adjustable stiffness in both longitudinal and transverse directions: cards exhibit strong resilience, resist creasing even after repeated bending, remain dimensionally stable through prolonged shuffling, and deliver consistent, uniform handling across the entire batch. Excellent interlayer peel strength: die-cutting and scoring produce clean, crack-free edges; multiple bends do not cause delamination or bubbling. Precisely controlled moisture content: 7±1%, ensuring high sheet flatness and minimal warping throughout the batch, making it well‑suited to diverse temperature‑and‑humidity conditions in storage and printing environments across northern and southern regions. Brightness and surface roughness can be tailored to match customer‑provided samples.
