Chief Engineer's Note

20 Years of Structural Design Experience

This poker‑grade deck is crafted from highly opaque black‑core cardstock, featuring a double‑sided pure white finish with a central black interlayer that delivers anti‑transparency performance ranging from standard to casino‑level. The regular opacity is more than sufficient for everyday use, while the ultra‑high opacity remains completely non‑see‑through even under direct, intense flashlight illumination—designed specifically for professional casino play. Choose from weights ranging from 250g to 400g; 300g is the popular bestseller, 350g is ideal for premium die-cut designs, and 400g offers an extra‑rigid, thick‑stock commemorative finish. The paper supports both sheet-fed (standard formats and poker‑size cuts) and roll-fed (with a web width of 600-1250mm that can be freely slitted), and can also be customized with die‑cut shapes, rounded corners, linen‑texture finishes, or matte surfaces. Bending stiffness, folding endurance, and moisture content can all be adjusted as needed to ensure a responsive, spring‑back feel when shuffling and long‑term flatness without warping. All‑wood‑pulp virgin paper can be certified under FSC, and an economical recycled‑pulp blend is also available. Whether you’re producing casino poker cards, trading cards, or high-end collectibles, this black-core cardstock can be precisely customized to your specifications.
