Chief Engineer's Note

20 Years of Structural Design Experience

This green-core poker‑grade paperboard is designed specifically for customization, offering four basis weights ranging from 250g to 400g, catering to a wide range of needs—from entry‑level tabletop game cards to ultra‑rigid collector’s‑edition memorabilia. It features a three-layer composite structure: a double-sided, ultra‑clean white surface paired with a high‑density green core. Folded corners reveal the green core, ensuring exceptional visual identification. Light‑blocking levels are available in standard high‑opacity or casino‑grade super‑opaque options, effectively eliminating the risk ofsee-through and cheating. We offer two supply formats: sheet-fed (full‑sheet sizes such as 787×1092mm and 889×1194mm, with custom cutting options for A3/A4/A5) and roll‑fed (web widths from 600-1250mm, core diameters of 3 or 6 inches, and roll diameters from 600-1200mm). Finished cuts include a variety of standard formats, including poker‑size, bridge‑size, tarot cards, and trading cards. The standard finish is a smooth, glossy surface, suitable for offset printing, hot foil stamping, and other processes. Custom options include a linen‑texture finish (quiet and smooth) or a matte coating (low‑glare, fingerprint‑resistant). The material can be made entirely from virgin wood pulp, offering excellent stiffness and resisting delamination even after repeated bending. All physical properties—such as stiffness, interlayer strength, and moisture content—can be tailored to meet the requirements of high-end custom orders.

Customized surface finishing for paper Standard smooth finish (mainstream in‑stock option): Both sides feature a fine, even surface with excellent gloss, making it compatible with offset printing, UV coating, screen printing, hot foil stamping (gold/silver), embossing, and all post‑press processes. It offers strong ink adhesion and rich, vibrant color reproduction, perfectly suited for high‑end custom poker card production. Linen‑texture customization (exclusive for premium poker cards): The surface is embossed with a cross‑hatch linen pattern, ensuring cards stay clean during shuffling, operate quietly and smoothly, and is commonly used for fan‑spread decks and professional gaming cards. Available in two distinct textures: fine and coarse. Matte coated customization: A low‑glare, fingerprint‑resistant finish that highlights the premium, limited‑edition collectible card and art‑collectible card segments, delivering an even more distinguished, high‑class aesthetic.
Controllable physical performance indicators Adjustable stiffness in both longitudinal and transverse directions: cards exhibit strong resilience, resist creasing even after repeated bending, and maintain their shape over extended shuffling; consistent handling feel. Interlayer peel strength: die-cutting and creasing processes produce no cracking, and multiple bends do not cause bubbling or delamination. Precisely controlled moisture content: 7±1%, ensuring high sheet flatness and minimal warping across the entire batch, making the paper well‑suited to storage and printing environments with varying temperature and humidity conditions in northern and southern regions. Brightness and surface roughness can be tailored to match customer‑provided samples.
